We collect only the data necessary to operate the service:
- Account: name, email, phone, password (encrypted)
- Clubs: club name, products, clients, invoices
- Technical: IP address, device, browser (for security)
2. Hosting and location
All data is stored on servers located in the European Union (France), in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
3. Purpose of processing
Your data is used to:
- Provide and improve the TacTic News service
- Manage your account and clubs
- Ensure platform security
- Contact you when necessary (support, security)
We never sell, rent or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.
4. Data retention
- Active account: data retained as long as the account exists
- Account deletion: data deleted within 30 days
- Trashed items: automatically deleted after 90 days
- Security logs: retained for a maximum of 12 months
5. Your rights (GDPR)
Under the GDPR, you have the following rights:
- Access: view your personal data
- Rectification: correct your data from your profile
- Erasure: delete your account and all your data
- Portability: obtain a copy of your data

- Protection against injections and XSS attacks

This policy may be updated. In case of significant changes, you will be notified upon your next login and will need to accept the new version.
