1. Purpose
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the TacTic News platform, published by Solitos.net. By creating an account, you accept these terms without reservation.
2. Service description
TacTic News is a web application for club management, including invoicing, member management, clients, products and services. Each user can create and manage one or more "clubs".
3. Registration and account
Registration is free. You agree to provide accurate information and to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials. You are solely responsible for all activity on your account.
4. Club manager responsibility
Each club manager is entirely responsible for the products, services, content, invoices and activities carried out within their club. Solitos.net acts solely as a technical tool provider and exercises no control over users' commercial activities.
5. Prohibited uses
It is strictly prohibited to use TacTic News for:
- Any illegal activity or activity contrary to public order
- Trade in illicit substances or drugs
- Trade in weapons or dangerous materials
- Human trafficking or exploitation of persons
- Money laundering or tax fraud
- Distribution of hateful, discriminatory or defamatory content
- Any activity infringing on the rights of third parties
Solitos.net reserves the right to suspend or delete any account in violation, without notice or compensation.
6. Limitation of liability
Solitos.net provides the platform "as is". Solitos.net shall not be held liable for:
- Content created by users
- Commercial transactions between users and their clients
- Data loss in cases of force majeure
- Temporary service interruptions for maintenance
7. Intellectual property
The TacTic News platform, its code, design and brand are the property of Solitos.net. Content created by users belongs to them.
8. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. Solitos.net may terminate an account for violation of these Terms. Data will be deleted in accordance with the privacy policy.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Papeete, French Polynesia.
